The PEACE® Model

Five dimensions that predict whether people stay, grow, and give their best work.

How Purpose, Empowerment, Achievement, Culture and Evolvement Build Better Workplaces. Developed across 100K+ employees and 20M+ questions answered — used by employee engagement survey programmes in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the UAE. Buyers also call this an employee satisfaction survey; PEACE® measures purpose, empowerment, achievement, culture, and evolvement — more than contentment alone.

Action Hub®

Listening without follow-through trains cynicism. ACT™ closes the loop.

Analyze. Commit. Track & Test — with two KPIs and the right owner.
A

Analyze

Diagnose from survey evidence and safe employee voice — not from a blank form.

C

Commit

Two or three priorities. The right level. An owner, dates, and both measures.

T

Track & Test

Done is not felt. Actions close only when employees actually experienced the change.
